Strong isn’t optional —

it’s who you are.

Most fitness spaces pick one lane. I never could. I’m a Marine, a coach, a trainer, a yoga teacher. Strength, conditioning, yoga, recovery—it all matters. Each one does something different for the body and the mind, and together they hit harder than any single approach. That’s why Khaos is built as a mix: not for variety’s sake, but because that balance is what actually works.

This isn’t about chasing six-packs or quick fixes. It’s about building something that carries over into real life: strength you can feel, energy you can use, confidence that lasts. Some days that means lifting heavy. Some days it’s slowing down and tuning in. Either way, it’s about showing up fully—and leaving stronger than you came in.

I am changing the game.

I know the word Khaos, sounds, well.. Khaotic.

but

I’m Kris, a Marine, Princeton grad, and a fitness coach who has spent years moving in different spaces: gyms, yoga studios, and military fields. I don’t believe in fluff, and I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. What I do believe in is training that makes you stronger, sharper, and more connected to your body.

I didn't grow up as an athlete — I became one. The common ground is that everyone has more in them than they think. My job is to help you find it, whether that’s through lifting, conditioning, yoga, or just learning how to show up for yourself.

Who I Am

Why Khaos

The word Khaos comes from ancient mythology, where it was the first state of existence:  the vast, formless space before creation, before order, before rules. Out of that void, everything was born. To me, that’s what training (and life ) really are. You step into resistance. You push through the unknown. You shape yourself through friction until something new takes form.

I’ve always loved being a little khaotic, because it makes me bolder and more confident. Khaos is where I feel most alive, where friction turns into strength and confidence. It’s not just a brand. It’s a mindset — step into the hard and get. freaking. bolder.
